The firm has confirmed the imminent production of the mega-extroverted roadster version of its just-unleashed Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce coupe.

Previously everybody inside the company was dropping hints about the roadster’s inevitability, some going so far as to say that nearly every one of the Superveloce coupe’s powertrain upgrades (from 691 hp to 740 hp) and 110-pound weight-saving measures.

No roadster-specific details were provided other than the production number of 500 units.
